Q: What kind of oil should I use for my 2007 Chevy Silverado, v-6 4.3L engine? Regular, Durablend, or Synthetic?
I need to change my oil and wanted to know what you all think I should use. Regular, Durablend, or Synthetic oil?

A: I would use the weight that the owners manual recommends until the warranty is up weather it's regular oil or synthetic.

A: Tell You The Truth Subs Sound Good With Anything!!! But To Answer You Question It Will Sound Okay Using The Factory Radio But It Will Sound Alot Better With A Aftermarket Stereo. Also If You Have Factory Speakers & If You Plan On Turning Your Music Up You Factory Speakers Will Sound Like S**T When You Have Your Sub Up But Basically Overall It Will Sound Okay I'd Say A 6/10 - 7/10.

Q: Which truck door speakers would sound good on my 2007 Chevy Silverado?
I have a 2500HD Chevy Silverado crew cab new style and want to know what door speakers would sound good without spending too much. I plan to put 2 10" Kicker CVR woofers with the factory stereo either in a ported or sealed box dont know which need help on which box will give better bass. I plan on hearing mostly rap, rock, and spanish music.
A: cool what type of rap and spanish music
for the box you should get a sealed box this will give you good sound quality and sealed boxes are smaller since you have a truck
for the door speakers i will suggest polk audio research them and u will see why
if you're gonna add an amp to the speakers go for component speakers and you won't regret it

Q: How do I install a dixie horn in a 2007 chevy silverado?
I just recieved my Wolo Dixie Horn. It is the 5 trumpet set. It also came with the wiring kit and a horn button. I need to know how to pull the wire through to the cab so I can connect the horn button. Also, I need to know a good location to put the horns. And third, where do I connect all the wires for the compressor?
A: Look for a whole bunch of wires coming through the firewall. And feed your wires through with them.
Horns if they aren't too large maybe on top of the cab? or in different locations under the bonnet. Not too low incase you drive through water. Best spot would be on cab though.
I would have to see the wires and the compressor to answer the 3rd question sorry. Maybe it will show it in the wiring kit with instructions or something? Sorry

i was told tht it was a conection with only 2 wires. the only connection on the intake component is a connection with 5 wires to it?? would tht be it?
A: It is an intregal part of the mass air flow sensor which is located at the air cleaner air duct to the throttle body.

A: If it has a V6, 4.8, or 5.3 V8 it will be a 4L65E. If it has the 6.0L it will be a 4L80E. They are made by General Motors and were the last two versions of the hydromatic four speed auto before the switch to the 6L60 six speed auto.

to know how would I be able to take it back out with the use of simple tools, it doesn't go in as far but it does bother me. The dent is on the passenger door cab and I've heard you can use dry ice to make the dent pop back out don't know if that will work?
A: I would find one of those guys that pops the dents out from hail damage. It is cheep and works nearly perfectly, if you do it yourself you may cause a lot more damage.

I would like to have a little bit more bass and just make it sound better overall. Any suggestions? I don't want a massive system that shakes your head..just want it to sound sweet.

I have a chevy SS, that I just got, and I want to put more speed into it, so I want to know can a 454 fit it, before I purchase one.
I posted another question like this, but I was confused, I put small blocc, instead big blocc, so forget that one.
A: Chevy still makes a 454 to put in the SS trucks at the factory, so yes it will fit, now whether it will bolt right in to your truck is a different thing. You might not have the correct radiator, bell housing, etc.
